help problem with logging into the game

after i has changed my name into another name and i logged into a server it says i was an recruit 


my name before was alarius_pike and i want to changed into LB_alarius_pike

can anyone help me

Well first you need to change your name on the website for 5k gold. Then you need to log back into your account, with your NEW name. Then change your in game name in warband.

You, must also edit your name in warband.

oh but my other name changes before this one i din't needed to change my name on warband

You need to change your ingame profile name to get your account work right.

i tought that i changed to LB_alarius_pike but myby i maked an typo  so would you have a look?
