Marlon, if u look under house., in your charecter section, it says wich Members can do what, and what lvl they are ect ect..., by that, u can find the "lowest" lvl member, and help em lvl

Notice to everyone: Recruitment is momentarily closed, due to the recent massive influx of new people. We need to get to know eachother and figure out which of our players are active at all. There will be a meeting between the sergeants of CC and myself where we will decide whether or not to extend the closed recruitment.
It is becomming harder and harder to arrange events with more and more people on. We will soon need 3 servers for a single event, which is ridiculous, seen from the dev's perspective.
