Its because you do not look after your houses and let them get to 0 gold and the house then disappears from the website but it is still in the database, meaning that you are stuck in that house...
I will fix it when I have time.

Ah sry i missunderstood...the guys who are bugged were in houses which got disbanded

Yes, you need to leave house before gold goes less than 0. Otherwise you will be stuck.
