Poll limit

I was wondering if it would be possible to set a limit for making polls - if I make a poll, I cannot start another one until the next 5 minutes, for example.

If it were possible, I think this would be a good solution to all these kids making polls one after another.

You can only set one a map personally.

As it is now you can do one poll every 10 minutes. So if polls are being spammed then there is more then one person who wants to change the map.
