Items lost in auctionhouse?

Recently i put up 2 coal for sale and not long after i put them up i found out that they did not appear on the auction house nor could i retrieve them so they are pretty much lost is there any possibility for refunds?

It seems the website update destroyed the auction house..

the wierdest thing is that i just sold my 2 "lost" coal so no refund is neccesary now but still its a very anoying glitch

The website may of had a slight blip and rewinded by a few seconds. I am not sure exactly what could of happened, however as long as you didnt lose any items then I suppose all is well.
