His offer is:

250k gold
War arrows
1 Small lump of lead

Reason for not selling:

250k gold isn't enough, cant be assed selling off the war arrows (AGAIN) and the lump of lead, all in all it would probably total 400k which isn't nearly enough of what a heavy cade is worth.

Last reason for not selling:

Sold it for 500k + 1 Bear Fur (600k)

Also I would value the offer to 450k, and I couldn't pay more at the time.
