Even though I voted for that, I think that yes you should translate this to Chinese and Russian, personally I don't speak neither of those languages, but I think that this would be good.

if there is someone around who speaks those languages fluently let them do it.

If you plan to do it yourself dont bother unless you want to be spammed by the whole turkish community for your horrific use of their language
