Hello!
I'm not looking to sell my King's Will, but I can tip you off a bit. Your offer is way too low. I calculate the crafting costs to about 3,8 mill, whereas the King's Will costs 5 million to craft. You won't get anyone to sell their bow unless you raise your offer.
