No Blood quest? New idea's!

There are so much quest for kill him and kill them etc...
But new guys on nord invasion don't get alot of kills and tier 4 guy's kill them becaus  new guy's only get hitmarkers...
To make it fair for them, did i came for this idea:

A Soldieres Freetime

-50x Drinking beer
-50x Getting soup
-50x Restore ammo
-30x Forage
-10x Deploy a shield,cade,barrel

Award: 50 Crooked Sticks, 50 Bent Sword, 50 Old boots, 25 FP and 500 Gold

This quest is repeatable every 7 Days

And

DEFEAT

-25x Getting killed with headshot

Award: 2000 Gold

This quest is repeatable every 5 Days

What do you think NI?

I think the crooked Sticks, old boots and Bent swords are not enough. Maybe 50 crooked Sticks,.... And then repetable every 7 days.

Yeah, but it's also easy to get, but you're right.
Better award would be nice and 1 more day repeatable

Not a good idea to encourage redshirt to deploy the short heavy cades then can find on the ground anywhere...  and why not 5x hit a barrel ? :

Just killing peasants is fine in my opinion. it's not so difficult, even with a short sword.
And the 'welcome to the army' quest is not out of reach, seriously... And with the incoming 3rd mode, t4 will most often go to hard and ragnarok modes

We already have people alone on servers foraging, we don't want people alone on servers healing/refilling over and over. Perhaps just a FP reward so there is no incentive to actually do this.
