Just came to my mind.. how about a quest involving the Zweihanders called 'Angriff! Angriff!' (assault/attack in German), the name is appropriate and there are no current quests which include them. It won't be too easy because they are pretty damn hard to kill without a long weapon, shield or a bow.

Kill 20+ or something like that.
