I think 1000 is a bit too much for this rather low reward. 100 fits more in my opinion.
Anyway a good quest idea

Well you ahve a nice idea
You could add as reward something funny like Heavy Cloth, Old Boots (somethings useally women use)
You can make the greatest creations :
