I dont know what to say but... well the metal parts of the armour look like... paper...
If this can be fixed can i be told please so i either will sell this armour of keep it.

Pff, you lazy scum, you can fix that yourself..
- Use OpenBRF
- Open the file: ...\Warband\Modules\NordInvasion\Resource\ember
- Search for the material "emb_lamellar_armor_d"
- Change the Spec RGB values from 1 to 8
- Coeff from 1 to 16
(Change the shader from "specular_shader_skin_bump_high" to "specular_shader_noskin_bump_high")
Dunno if the last step is really necessary, the first shader should also work quite okay.

But i'll do what perception said anyway, just incase some1 actually joins with that armour.
