Need a button to reload an account because i'v many caracter with different name
NI maps (The forgotten bay / Nordic Fortress / Frosthaven / Medieval fields / River's conflict / Swadian Mines )

No, people would create new chars , sell their gear for dirty cash and then delete all evidence.

That is certainly a factor. We also don't want fifty muppets in the bugs section asking us to fix characters after they accidentally delete them.
