Introducing the House of Trade. This house is merely created to give people the possibility to use the functions that are in the Trade House (trading with other players).
There is only one demand: after joining new members must donate 600 gold (500 gold is the cost for an invitation and 100 gold is needed to beef up the house bank).
After that, members are asked (but not required) to donate 100 gold a week. There are no clanmatches/required banners/other things. Feel free to cooperate with other members, but don't feel obliged.
The House of Trade does not feel responsible for the way players behave ingame. Compare it to the chamber of commerce, which isn't responsible for the way people behave in traffic.

All these members can craft anything (within their capabilities) the members want in exchange for the needed craftingparts.
