Houses are now live

The basic infrastructure for houses (player guilds) is now in place. Please bare in mind that this is still the very early stages so there's not much to do with them yet. And don't forget to pay your taxes, these work out at about 100g a day, however any member of a house can donate to their bank to help with these payments.

As always, let me know if there's any bugs or something breaks
