I've been crafting a few as Alchemist during my time here in NI, but so far have no idea what they're used for. So, what are they used for?

Armorsmith needs it, for Strange armor 2, for banded mail armor 3 (the only 2 i know atm)

Was thinking about the charms myself yesterday while crafting on my main. Probably needs some love, might implement them in more blueprints.
