General Help Board

While most issues can easily resolved in irc, I think there should be a general Help board for the more non immediate issues that done fall under the category of bugs, unbans, and player reports.

This seems like a good idea. Might reduce the number of threads that pop up regarding the same problems again and again (like the recent Warband 1.157 patch issue). Then again, that was in the announcements (sort of). Wouldn't hurt to try.
