And yea its 52p at ranged.
They are btw very useful in melee.
(49p at stab and overheadstab)

The Swadian Halberd is usable by: Heavy Skirmisher and Pikeman.

I don't have the Poleaxe, but I always thought that it was usable by Heavy Skirmisher and Pikeman, not sure.
