Not really my thing, but you'd probably like Dream Theater or Volumes which are also not really my thing lol, although they are talented. I think it's the vocals that bugs me, sounds too emo for my taste.

Cool, I guess we have different tastes in metal then. I used to be into DT but got sick of the vocals. For me NILE is badass but it's pushing the "too heavy for the sake of being heavy" threshold for me.  I'd go to one of their shows for the energy but I get bored of listening to it.  Sylosis sounds pretty cool first listen, thx.
