No, the accuracy of the Penetrator and Hurricane Bow have been shown as 110 in game before. I'm not sure what is up with that.

Yeah, I figure the game just rounds them in the display. To prevent confusion, I'll use the rounded version on here so people won't be trying to correct that in the future. I don't think .05 weight will change too much.
