I have downloaded the hotfix but for some reason i still cant spawn in with any weapons. I have already checked my load outs and everything
Legendary Drops:

1x Frying Pan   4/2/0
1x Nem Flower  4/2/0
1x Scrap Metal  6/9/6

Have you tried redownloading the hotfix?  It sounds like you might have gotten the incorrect hotfix that was available briefly.
