I would consider myself to be a pretty good shot, and I tried for a good 20 shots, but the new patch seems to have made it impossible to shot over a Mercenary Sea Raiders shield. I'm not sure if it has to do with my bow, the sharpshooter, or if it's just me or what but no shoots ever make it to their heads while their shields are up.
