It's a one handed craftable for Sharpshooters. I'm not sure what it's current value is, but it won't be that much, as the materials required are 3 Black Steel, 5 Steel, 2 Mixed Glue, and 4 Scrap Metal.

Hmm, I saw his last value was 30k? and lowest offer at forum was 20k, So I think I will sell it on ah for 17k.
