From what I've read, it seems this is a problem with Taleworlds and not Nord Invasion. It generally resolves itself. If it doesn't, you should hop onto the IRC and bug a dev. I know Hande loves helping people  ;D

This is a Taleworlds problem and there is nothing the devs can do. Like said above, just wait.
