Herald armour ?

I salute you all brave swadians!

I've been excited to reach sergeant so i can finnaly wear a body armour that will show my tabard. (heraldic thing). And i have bought Surcoat over mail. But there is still no tabard, only green colour.

I've been told by many players that commandos AND sergeant do have an armour that shows your tabard.

Now im wondering, is it a bug ? or did i buy the wrong armour ? whats the name of the right one ?

The one that shows your banner can only be bought from the Ah or crafted, the ones bought from the regular marketplace are green or red
