The Same Steam account on different computers

I have an acoount on Steam. I played in a name of Undream, in my laptop, but now I need to play in another laptop because mine is broken. I signed my Steam accoun, and editted my NI name to Undream but it didn't give me my XP's or equipments. How I can solve them? And How I can make two different characters?

This would happen if the serial key for warband is not the same on both computers. Have a check and see if they are
