Wont let me level up

I just got to tier 2 with my skirm but when i checked how much xp i need for the next level i was already over it. I think its cause i leveled up twice when i spent the assist xp but i dont know how to fix it HELP.

Just click on spend button again without typing anyting in the other boxes, and see if that fixes it. Happened to me sometimes spending larger amount of XP.
