Help please, change name function.

Hey guys,

Can someone help me with the change name function? I have changed my name on the site and made a character in the game with the same name and it doesn't work. I know I did something wrong but don't know how to do it correctly. If anyone can help it would be much appreciated. P.S. I have deleted my chars in-game a long time ago but their info is still on the website. like I said before, any help would be appreciated.

From what I read you changed your character name  on the site and made a new character. You basically renamed a character that doesn't exist in your game. So I think the best way to fix this is to get the ID of your new character and ask a developer to change it on your account.

Just to add I may be wrong but this is what I think has happened.

Can you post the character ID of the character who's name you've changed? That way the developers can take a look for you. You can find your ID in the top right corner of the website when you've logged in on it.
