Skirmisher and Sharpshooter Foot Armor

I just tried to sell myself a pair of light highlander boots (which are labeled as "Usable by everyone") for my skirmisher character but could not see them on the Auction Hall.  That is when I noticed that the only foot armor on the Auction Hall that my skirmisher and sharpshooter characters can see is ankle boots.  My commando and sniper characters seem to see all the foot armor correctly.
