Can't pick up Shortened Voulge

When I'm playing as an archer, I usually equip a Shortened Voulge. If I drop it, I can't pick it up again. It's as if I don't have enough skill to use it, even though I could equip it on the main site.

Do you have enough strength? If your archer is low level, you might not have the strength to pick it up in-game, even though the website lets you do it. I know the dev's can't pick up their weapons if they drop them (done on purpose though).
