All Characters lost

I just started up my game and it seems that all my Characters have been deleted

If your characters are gone from the Warband client list, just recreate them with the exact same names. When you join a server you should load all your gear.

Your characters are tied to your Warband serial number. If you mean that your characters were gone from the NordInvasion website, then that's another issue.
