All Characters lost

I just started up my game and it seems that all my Characters have been deleted
Im currently playing on Caesars_Backup_Char
IL_Caesar - 52  Royal Guard - 2449723
IL_Caesar_II - 9 Milita - 2490128
IL_Caesar_III - 6 Crossbowman - 2490130
IL_Caesar_IV - 29 Heavy Longbowman - 2490131

Ive had no computer changes or upgrades my characters are just gone

If you mean they are missing from your in-game character list, just create new characters with the same names.  Since your Warband key has not changed, you will still get your gear.
