Some things that don't seem to have been mentioned:
To toggle barricade health, press the "i" key.
There is now a "Replace Items" button that can be accessed by pressing "Esc" and clicking on "Character Screen." This button is useable during the prep time following a respawn wave, and it makes it so that you no longer need to enter spectator and rejoin the team if you want to bring in more items.
