This requires you to be level 12 armorsmith.
You get 1500 rough cloth, 90 hardened metal, 30 quality charcoal, 13725 armorsmith xp, and you give back 500 leather, 30 armor plates, and the gold. Post offers or PM below.

1500 rough cloth -> 500 leather (6500 xp)
