i cant play my pikeman

so its been a long time since i have played ni and i came back on it and i found out i couldn't play my pikeman and got extremely annoyed and i want to play my pike man but cant and im wondering if there is a way to play him again. he shows up an the ni website but he isnt there when i select my character.

Add the character using the "Create" option, use the name exactly how it shows on site and he will spawn with gear and everything that is on site. And welcome back to the game!

its not leting me create a character.  it says i can only use letters and numbers even though there are no numbers in my name but there is a space in my name so maybe thats why :/

Use _ for the space.  There should be no space in the one on the Website as Mount and Blade has not used Spaces for as long as I can remember.
