Right i go onto servers, i get my code
I come back to the site and put it in with my name

and it tells me i've already signed up, even with new codes.

And i dont know what my password or character name is if i signed up before

Any help?

I was never taken to a password creation screen

Is there a password reset  or a character reset button?

What is your character name? If it is a common name it is likely someone else has signed up with it already.

I tried three names all got different codes, all got the same message

This is VERY annoying since i cannot do anything in server, since i cannot set my classes or equipment... i spawn with basic stuff..
