To craft Easter Heavy Armour one needs:
25 x Rough Cloth = 3k
30 x Scrap Metal = 15k
15 x Basic Leather = 6k
10 x Woven Steel = 50k
4 x Black Steel = 40k
10 x Needle
2 x Normal Charcoal
4 x Chain Links
so I'd say 115k cost.

Same stats and same mats are also Pikeman's Plated Vest / - Over Mail. I sold mine for 100k, but one can get them for 90k, too.

CTS typically sell at ca. 1.1 - 1.2 m, though mats prices are down now...
