How can you say what a weapon costs exactly when prices for the mats change on a daily basis?

Ok so you need to say that at TODAYS market rates the Swadian Hope is worth 2.8m. In general though, as a rough estimate, it is worth 3m. When you are talking about millions no one pays attention to the thousands...
