Let it be build by min. four engineers together or something like that and someone has to steer it , maybe also more people. Great addition imho.

Nice idea but evryone would try to use it imo.

I think u can make it
1.A legendary support class (tier 4) item,
2.a rare craftable like barrel and ownly the owner can use it.

Maybe you should not be getting any exp nor loot when using that machine, too, as this thing would be bigger and more dangerous than a barrel.

If the rate of fire is one bolt per 7-8 seconds, as it is in the videos, I don't think we'll have to worry about it being more useful than a barrel, or any t4 ranged class.
