Hello guys. I want to know prices and stats of this items.

Just from the drop rate it the other way around

You talking to some one that had both and said there the same thing it like the stag and the urls just with the eagle looking better and the pen being better on hard/Rag/ping

Well, first: 40 mil is a quite appropriate price for an Eagle Crossbow imo. The combination of damage and speed is deadly for (most) Nords, also on Rag.

Regarding the Penetrator: There's a good point of reference when talking about a possible value:
There has recently been a trade, Penetrator + 1,5mil cash - Ullrs Bane (if I remember right), which shows that 30mil is a quite appropriate suggestion. (*blablabla* discussion about Ullrs value *blablabla*)

@Woody: Drop rate is of course an important factor and you obviously see more Eagles around these days, but still, if there WOULD be someone selling it, he could still determine the price (monopoly). And it seems like no one is interested in selling one atm. Same accounts for Penetrator (ofc)

i value the pen much higher than the eagle crossbow. if you want damage per second play archer, crossbowman is about damage per shot and the pen does just that.
