Speed: 99 (-2speed?) Dwp,Swadian Courage are 99 btw

Well including swadia's wrath that means there are 8 red legendary 1h's and only 1 orange. Maybe swadia's wrath should just be orange.

Agreed with Ribbed, why change the stats of everything every 5 minutes. Just properly label them instead of saying all the 1 handers are all the best weapons in the game...which a red denotes.
