advance bug

hey i just lvled to 24 and i tried to advance for 3th job as a surgent but it dident gave me, so i have 10 job points and more than 60k melee exp
why is this happening? plz help i want to advance so bad

dunno ive this works....
Try to level up 1 more level and than choose it
or check ive u got heavy infantry already (just in case u didnt became heavy infantry)
