Not sure if anyone is interested and not sure if the stream is region locked but this is the Official! CBS stream.

It is, and my proxy seems to be overused. Since it started the stream is working close to nothing. Now I have to watch the german stream >

im sure you will find a stream in here
otherwise i think the cbs sports app for windows 10 will work and is free as well
