[Closed] Problem With Character

Today,  i tryied to join a server with my character but in the chat they was writed that was a new  character and you could activate with a code but i have already a character level 26 etc. So i d'ont understand why ingame thats not my actual character but a new i already check the name of the character its the name of my actual character tho i try to change name but still doesn't work need help. (Sorry for bad english throught.)

Hey, just asking, are you logging in with a different steam account, if so your character wont show, or are you logging in with a character without the same name as your level 26.

Oh yeah thanks i didn't notice that i was on another account.
