[Open] Bugged House

I made house named Trading and Other Stuff and I wanted to make trade with friend
Somehow he didn't get invite so he can't be a captain and I can't donate gold because it instantly dissapears (wasted like 40k). So now I am in loop. I put money it dissapears.
It's the second house i now made and this happens.
