New Years event and stresstest

Just as an update to this, we will be running 3 official 32 man servers (EU currently) for a week or so to measure their stability and monitor and performance issues which may arise. If everything is ok with this, we will offer public community hosted servers the options to run with a new max capacity of 32 players.
