These are things that I have learned, not necessarily in school (I am home-schooled) but I know them now regardless.
Carpentry, pluming, electrical work, machining (a little bit), mechanics (working on car), dry-walling, tile laying, dish washing (xD). Probably missed a few things. Oh, and butchering things, rabbits, cows, pigs, deer, etc...
EDIT: And a smattering of computer programming, and computer repair. (A LOT of the latter)

I'm going to university next year and I'm going to read civil engineering. Machine tech/energy profile (?). Very unsure what it's called in english, but I gave it a shot at least.
