Don't think drop rates have changed...
It's RNG

It's definite. Ask Hande. Was ingame all morning. It was like Christmas!

But I didn't change anything?

When I thanked Hande and the whole dev team in a run this morning for the fixed drop rates Hande said sth about a
new system Kip would implement. Chat was fast and it was in the middle of a run, but all players looted like on Christmas.
This is great and I hope it will just stay like that.

I think you misunderstood Hande.  Drop rates have not changed and no new system was implemented.

So in a way, your hopes are realized.  It will probably stay this way just like it stayed this way for the last month

I might have misunderstood but ask the players that played in that time and those who are playing in this very instant. Something has changed. Take a look at the AH as well and you will see. I'm not phantazising here. Or just go ingame and have a look yourself if you don't believe me...
