Problems logging in

Alright, here's the thing, I can log into to forum no problem, but I can't access ANY of my characters, I even changed my forum password to check, and I still can't log in. Please help.

Your forum account and player account are two separate things. I would advise to re-check spelling and password for your in-game character. If you have further trouble and can't seem to remember your password jump on IRC and ask a developer to reset your password.

Not to sound like an utter noob, this is literally the second time I've posted on this forum, how do I use  the IRC to contact them?
