The Troppers simply spawned naked, without any equipment.

Experienced the same with Prince 1 week ago.
Appareantly I gave most of my loot chance to Fara. Mostly AFG, rise from the ashes from time to time.

I know why this happened and it was in absolutely no way anything to do with something that I did.
